DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To support overall administrative works for office to ensure the daily operation is running smoothly.
Develop and maintain an effective control system of filling, records, communication and correspondences, to ensure the proper documentation & information flow.
Assist HOD for the full scope of general administrative functions of the company, includes permits, licenses, agreements, maintenance etc.
Assist in the staff recruitment and selection process, including liaison with employment agencies, and other recruitment sources, co-ordinate in advertising matters & arrangement for interview appointment.
Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilisation such as wages, allowances, leave and staff medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines.
Assist in daily/weekly/monthly report generation to ensure timely submission of reports and input for month-end/year-end closing.
Deliver efficient, courteous and effective customer service to a range of internal/external customers.
To undertake other ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
