REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Bachelor degree in computer science, information system or related major. Preferably with 1 years of technical/customer support experience - ideally working in a call center. Fresh Graduates are welcomed Self-motivated, actively thinking and result-oriented Experience with company escalation policy. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills. Ability to balance and priorities work; and working in a team environment. Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Preferably with 1 years experience in related fields. Good command of oral and written English. Expert multi-tasker.
