DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Direct, coordinate and assign project personnel to specific phases or aspect of the project. Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of engineering programs and organizing projects according to project & customer requirements.
• Involves in new project/product development.
• Coordinate activities concerned with technical development, scheduling and resolving engineering design and test problem.
• Evaluate design change, the specification for internal drawing.
• Documented all the Project Report, record and maintained.
• Prepare and review interim and completion project report from time to time.
• Oversee overall department functions.
• Other jobs assigned by management from time to time.
• Review and improve processes by efficient methods at an economical cost, run in the lean manufacturing concept.
• To ensure proper and effective implementation of the quality
• Review and monitoring Risk & Opportunity in operation
• Ensuring that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained while changes are planned and implemented.
• Monitoring, review, verified, evaluated and appraisal subordinated.
REQUIREMENT
• Able to Interpret mechanical drawing.
• Managerial skills & Computer literate skill.
• Ability to control, supervise, train and lead the Team
• Good supervisory, motivational, training, management and communication skills
• Skill and knowledge in Engineering Tool (FMEA, DOE and etc.)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO14001
• At least Diploma or Degree in Mechanical engineering or relevant field.
• Experience at least 5 years working experience in relevant field
• Ability to work overtime whenever needed
