DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement the HR strategy. Design and manage new hire onboarding for all teams to ensure new team members have a successful ramp up. Provide ongoing support to employees by responding to questions quickly with a friendly and helpful approach Maintain and update data across multiple systems, ensuring a high degree of accuracy. Manage day to day activities related to HR functions including training programs, leaves of absence, etc. The HR Operations Specialist will be the first point of contact for employees and the hub of managing data and programs.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 4 years of HR Operation or equivalent experience, preferably at a high-tech company. At least 5 years of HR functional experience is required (e.g., employee and labor relations, staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, employee data); preferably for a large company as a generalist, analyst, or coordinator. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia. A can-do, customer-focused, optimistic attitude. Someone who is willing to learn and be challenged. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
