DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Leading and coordinating the work flow within the department. Monitoring factory performance and follow-ups. Responsible for Timely delivery and coordination with factories. Product Development - along with suppliers for improvements in product / process. Liaising with Headquarters in Singapore, submitting periodical reports on Quality Analysis.
REQUIREMENT

Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia Articulate and with a positive attitude Hardworking & able to work under pressure Meticulous and good communication and interpersonal skill Inspection experience (5-8 yrs.) is compulsory, ideally in a footwear factory. Proficiency in MS office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Processing. Ability to maintain confidentiality
