DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsibilities Responsible to assist and advice our customer through different communication channel, such as live chat, email or through phone call. Understand customers' needs and provide professional advice to solve their problem. Gather customer feedback to enhance products and customer experience. Provide excellent service to existing and potential customers.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a certificate & above, in any field. Experience in customer service roles is desirable but not essential, fresh graduates with good communication skill are welcome to apply. Stress tolerance and able to work under fast pace business environment. Modest and willing to learn. Able to work with others, good team player. Able to work on weekend, public holidays and rotational shift. Able to Speak and Write Mandarin and English is a MUST. Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Sunway.
