DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Monitors security operations to ensure proper implementation of standard security procedures.
Coordinates to all security branches; OIC pertaining to all security related issues and incidents that may arise.
Tasks and guides all Security Guards in conducting security assessment.
Conducts investigation, assesses, and recommends with regards to all security related cases.
Momitors and operates CCTV.
Conducts spot inspection and monitor the performance of all security personnel.
Checks and monitors attendance of all security personnel on daily basis.
Develops security measures to ensure safety and security of all company properties and its employees.
Maintains inventory of security equipment as well as office supplies designated for the use of security office.
Conducts community background investigation of selected employees.
Initiates trainings and lectures pertaining to safety and security.
Recommend ways to update practices and improve processes in order to deliver administrative services in a timely and efficient manner.
Prepares and submits monthly HR reports to the Department Head.
Performs other duties related or connection to the core function that may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration Management, Protective Services and Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Security/Arned Forces/Protective Services or equivalent
