DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales target. 2. Undertake the role to develop new accounts and cultivate existing customers, performing analysis of customers technical data to better understanding customers applications and providing timely and professional customer-spesific solution/responses. 3. Organize and conduct sales and technical presentations to existing and potential customers. 4. Negotiate tender and contract terms, review customer PO's. 5. Offer pre sales and post sales support services to ensure positive customer experience.
REQUIREMENT

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent. 2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia. 3. At least 5 Year(s) sales experience and/or proven successful track record selling to the rotating services industry. 4. Excellent sales skills with the ability to sell direct. 5. Strong relationship builder with a strong desire to win against competition. 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with customers an internal personnel. 7. Excellent organisation skills and able to work independently in a fast paced environtment. 8. Highly motivated self starter, energetic, aggresive and focused. 9. Team player mentality and ability to work cross functionally.
