DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Management Development Program (MDP) Junior Sales is a program established exclusively to recruit and develop young graduates to become our leaders of tomorrow. You will be trained and equipped to assume the highest positions possible with LPI in an accelerated period of time. This program is formed as the answer to the growing needs of our rapid business expansion and growth, and the exigencies in the world of business competition. REQUIREMENT

- Maximum age 25 years old - Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferable Geology/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering) - Fresh graduates are encourage to apply - Must be individuals who are ambitious, goal-getters, results-driven, resilient, and has passion as Sales - Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills - The program is 1 year long and will be based in Tangerang, but Trainees must be willing to be placed at site (Kalimantan) - Has knowledge in the heavy mobile equipment or mining industry is advantage - A good command of English will be necessary - Able to drive a car and have driver license (SIM A)
