DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide training on the use of our products and help onboarding process. Carry out installation and testing of equipments at outlets. Troubleshooting problems and LAN performance Resolves product (software/hardware) problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem. Provide technical support to customers for any issues that arise with the use of our products. Conduct internal testing of the network and products to identify any issues. Attend to enquiries from customers in timely, efficient & professional manner.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum High School/Diploma / Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) in IT, information systems, computer science/engineering, or related discipline. Currently live in Surabaya More than 1 year in technical support or related experience, preferably in SaaS industry. Good analytical and problem solving skills. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Having driving licence and own vehicle is mandatory.
