Overall Responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible HR and Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative, clerical and receptionist tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
To manage receptionist task.
To assist on pre-employment process.
Review and process staff/travel claims.
Update and maintaining e-HRMS.
To prepare and raise Purchase Requisition.
Process of vendor quotation and invoices.
Assisting in travel arrangements.
Ensure smooth operations of the office management, facilities, equipment, consumables and supplies.
To manage courier services, office upkeep and maintenance.
To ensure the utilization of office resources up to date.
Other related HR admin duties as and when required.
Skills and Attributes
Good knowledge of MS Office package.
Meticulous and enjoying working in a team.
Being a foreign based company, applicant should be proficient in English (reading, writing and spoken).
A positive attitude, pro-active approach, team player and able to work under pressure.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
REQUIREMENT
Possess at least SPM or Diploma in any field. Minimum 2 year experience in related field.
