DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Perform Painting operations based on qualification documents.
Perform lot testing and verification of compliance to the requirements of Painting qualification documents.
Responsible for mixing chemical (paint) and preparation of Painting solution.
Responsible to carry out masking and demasking Painting part according to the procedure.
Perform cleaning of parts based on Painting qualification documents.
Perform compressed air quality checking in Painting area and reporting on appropriate form.
Perform the preventive maintenance activities to the process requirement.
Perform controlling of racks and basket for parts according to the procedure.
Conduct physical inventory in the designated area.
Maintaining 5S order and cleanliness at all times.
Adhere to all safety rules and use required protective equipment.
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
REQUIREMENT
Associate degree (Chemical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Science/ Related) or equivalent required; or minimum two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to obtain and maintain all required job related certifications.
