DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform front desk reception duty. Handle all incoming calls timely and professionally. Attend to customers/ walk-in guests/ vendors in a professional and warm manner. Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mails. Posting, distribution and sorting of mails, parcels, couriers. Manage ordering of lunch process from taking orders to vendor payment. Filing and sorting of overtime request forms and leave related documents. Entry officer for e-leave on behalf of foreign workers. Assist on ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum GCE 'N' level. At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience. Computer literate, experience in Microsoft Office. Customer service oriented. Able to work independently with initiative and accountability. Willing to work 5.5 days (alternate Saturday).
