Setting sales target and profitability
Product development, making new product to improve business
Making sales program for dealer
Monitoring and review program implementation
Supporting and provide data for branch usages
Establish dashboard data sales for branches
Provide sales data & marketing report for reguler meeting purposes
Making comprehensive analysis to ensure sales target achievement
Monitoring and give input to update MRP for used car
Execute sales policy in all branches and Standby Point to achieve sales target, FPD, WALR and profitability.
Opening new business cooperation with dealers both new car and used car
Develop/ enhance Used car and New car dealers relationship in order to achieve sales target and improve its business volume with good quality booking
Give input about market situation and competitors profile
Execute lending criteria implementation to ensure all financing proposal are met company regulation
Assist superior duties & responsibilities to achieve company target
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree.
Required language(s): English
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Marketing & Strategyc planning, Product knowledge, Credit Calculation, Deviation procedure, Lending Criteria, Dealer/showroom networking
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Experience as Manager at Marketing of financial institution.
Have general knowledge of finance industry and financing business.
