DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain point of sales marketing in store. Upload journey plan to system for merchandiser assignment. Ensure all merchandiser are complete as schedule. Create call plan for team. Monitoring and control stock and daily sales. Compile monthly attendance. Train and coach merchandiser.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Has motorcyle and driving license. Willing to work in mobile activity. Strong customer service skills required. Strong in persuasive and interpersonal communication skills. Have an experience in leading team. Strong administration & coordination of work allocation for the team.
