DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide exceptional driving experience for guests in a safe and efficient manner.
Transport guests to/from destination using the company vehicle
Drive company vehicle for pick up / drop off shuttle service
Keep vehicle clean and maintained at all times
Inspect vehicle for damage and cleanliness
Document all vehicle incidents and provide reports to supervisor
Sending the vehicle for regular maintenance
Anticipate guest needs such as opening of vehicle doors, assisting with wheelchairs / strollers, holding umbrellas etc.
To be present at the driveway reception desk ready to assist guests and visitors when requested
Assisting the Bell team with guest services and luggage handling duties
Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner
Assist guests with bringing of luggage to their room
Assist with answering the telephone and taking messages, or dealing with enquiries
Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
Any other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT
Possess at least “O” Level or similar qualifications
Prior experience as a driver is an advantage
Must possess a valid driving licence – class 4 and vocational licence
Friendly and cheerful disposition
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
