DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ideal candidates should be able to compose letters or electronic correspondence in reply to requests for merchandise, damage claims, credit and other information, delinquent accounts, incorrect billings, or unsatisfactory services. Preferred applicants should be able to gather data to formulate reply and preparing emails when at work. Selected candidates should be able to prepare business emails and route communication to other departments for reply. Interested applicants should be able to maintain files and control records to show correspondence activities. Candidates should be able to compile data from records to prepare periodic reports when at the work place.
REQUIREMENT

Selected applicants should have a working experience as a customer service coordinator in the same field or related for a period of 3 years. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor degree of education level with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a trading company. Preferred applicants should have an excellent computer, business and communication skills in Writing, grammar and spelling ability. Interested candidates should have advance in using Microsoft Office tools especially in Outlook and Word. Applicants should have ability to stay organized and able to pay attention to details when at work. Candidates should have a strong reading comprehension in order to complete assignments in a timely manner.
