Working with team closely and leading process to ensure key activities. Record keeping and dealing with complaint or non-conformances are coordinated and managed correctly. Collaborating with production team you will also be driving improvement initiatives on crucial quality processes and procedures, ensuring quality is optimized and our product are always to specification. Ensures that all products / furniture fit the purpose and meet company’s deadlines and customer expectations and compliance on delivery; evaluating the company’s product specifications and examining them with customer requirements. Creating process and system guidelines for production outcome; inspects and assess on the products / furniture; promotes performance improvement and quality assurance programs throughout the organization especially in furniture division. Maintain and set up documentation and control procedures with quality control reports and findings, ensure team carries out the recommended actions in a timely manner. Ensure application of health, safety, and environmental standards on products and the company as a whole and collating and analyzing charts and data against defined parameters. Remarkable and meaningful experience in quality control especially in furniture products with great attention to detail. Sound knowledge of furniture products and furniture industry as a whole with capabilities of multitasking and efficiency in time management. Proficient in computer applications such as word and excel; experience with various software applications is an advantage. Presentable with good interpersonal and communication and self-motivated. Ability to motivate and influence people along with organizing, planning and problem-solving skills. Ability to work within team environment developing rapport and work under minimal supervision.
