DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Focus on good planning, downtime optimization, cost reduction, and optimization of manpower.
Apply reliable knowledge, data/information and experience to ensure continuous improvement in the company
Evaluate production operation policies/procedure/programs and analyzing critical process parameter, process capabilities, and operational data to make continuous improvement identified.
Manage production administration and reports, to provide accurate and reliable data
Lead and support all of the team, in order to develop and achieve an effective and efficient organization
Identify, plan production, and coordinate developmental training needs for molding (production) staff to maintain standard and competencies.
Plan and monitor equipment preventive maintenance to ensure that all equipment and machineries in the molding (production)section are functioning properly
REQUIREMENT
Maximum 45 years old Understand the principle of production management system, production planning & control, measurement of quality control and its application in manufacturing Have a Bachelor / Master degree from reputable university, preferably from Industrial Engineering Minimum 3 years experience in the relevant managerial level at manufacturing company, preferably in plastic-injection machines Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Understand English and preferably Mandarin Have excellent managerial and leadership skill Having knowledge in automation Able to work under pressure
