DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Closely work with various roles in studio to assist in providing procurement related tasks to achieve best end-result.
Together with Studio Manager, manage scheduling & model for daily photoshoot.
Provide handy work for prepping items scheduled for shoot alongside with the sorting team and production assistants.
Run errands such as purchasing supplies, props, equipment, food, and other necessary items for the project.
Perform other duties as requested by staff to ensure all necessary tasks are performed in a proficient manner that adheres to the quality expected from the company.
Maintain good relationship with vendors and make sure all agreements are updated in timely manner.
Regular department financial reporting.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree from reputable university
Proficient in Microsoft Office and highly familiar with Microsoft Excel
Loves working with people and multitask
Eager to learn, proactive, willing to assume increasing responsibility
Keen attention to detail and highly organized
