Emergency incident coordination and support
Complete monthly report and provide QBR report data per request.
Access management including handling all request via trouble ticket and right crowd.
Security system daily management including troubleshooting coordination and vendor contacting to make sure all the service provided by vendor end to meet the SLA and client’s requirement.
Badge operation including handling all request via trouble ticket and email, and all badge related supply and first aid supply coordination
Fire drill and all other training and activity coordination
All emergency incident coordination internally.
Support and coordinate all kinds of local government inspection
Identify the opportunity to improve current process or procedure to make it more productive and efficient.
Coordinate and lead all kinds of training program
Backup support to the other sites.
