Business requirements gathering and analysis business process Responsible in bridging the needs of the business and the system to be developed Document all testing result based on testing scenario Preferably candidate who has experience as system analyst, IT business analyst or system architect in banking or Insurance industry· Business User requirement gathering, and compile it in some story line in JIRA.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university Experience 2 years in same field Deep understanding of business process Solid analysis and problem solving capabilities Fluent in English both oral and written Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills. Team work, and ready to work under pressure
