DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform maintenance and inspection for Lathe machine, Measurement tools, and Special tools, following the Repair drawing and Repair Standard Procedure given by Alfa Laval. Monitoring the validation of measurement tool. Job and manhour reporting
REQUIREMENT

Experience in same position as Lathe machine Operator, minimum 2 years Able to operate computer (windows, MS Office). Have good communication and easy to working together with a team. Target oriented. Able to operate Measurement tools; Hole Test, caliper, Micro meter, Dial test. Understand about standard material, to define the type of tool that can be used for machining, welding (for basic level). Able to perform machining with high accurate base on standard Alfa Laval for Method of repair ; Re bushing of Sliding bowl bottom, Repair Bowl nave of HSS, bearing housing, bearing seat.Minimum, senior high school. Prefer from mechanical background. English proficiency will be added value
