Handle customer inquiries and complaint to provide excellent service and information to customer. Frontliner may be placed as a Teller or a Customer Service.
REQUIREMENT

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field. Fluent in English both oral and written. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Computer literate (Ms. Office) Good communication, selling, and negotiation skills. Customer Service oriented Max. 35 years old GPA min. 2.75 from reputable University Willing to be place in Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Selatan
