DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Supervise the work mainly on the production process, safety, GMP, food safety, to ensure quality and quantity requirement are fulfilled at all time during production going on.
Coordinating with Planner on how much quantity to produce and do the calculation on how much resource (raw material, manpower, machinery, tools) that needed to ensure production running according to plan.
Distributing and assigning manpower to execute various job.
Ensure all documentation related to the food safety are in place so can manage in good documentation.
Contribute in daily team board, DOR, etc to share the update from production to all team to align with other teams.
Involved and give support to all programs running in the Company in order to achieve the goal.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma (D3) or above in Food/Mechanical/Industrial engineering Experience min. 3 years in the food industry or min. 5 years in the non-food industry with a minimum of 2 years working experience as Production Supervisor Understand GMP, safety, food safety, quality, Halal, and Environment standards and procedures Knowledgeable in Ms. Office and SAP Good communication and negotiation skill Good English communication skill Willing to work in shift Willing to work in Rancaekek, Bandung
