DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise, lead, motivate and develop team of Territory Executives and flawless execution of all trade related and engagement activities to optimize market opportunity and increase product distribution performance Manage, implement, evaluate territory and channel’s strategy to ensure excellent execution in line with outlet’s potency and consumer preference Plan, monitor and control the implementation of trade marketing activities Manage and implement strong business relationships with all stakeholders to drive sales volume and market share Drive, guide, engage, reward and develop subordinate to increase productivity and performance against objectives
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree at any field with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university At least 2 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in FMCG Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales-Retail/General or equivalent from FMCG company Driving licenses (SIM A and SIM C) is a must Willling to be placed in Sumatera, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi Areas
