DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyze defect or repeating problem and create action plan aligned with lean production process - Daily Guide group leader in making continuous improvement activities - As per case Create Six Sigma project to eliminate the complexity problem - Yearly Follow Total Productive Maintenance activities (Focus Improvement, Autonomous Maintenance , Planned Maintenance) - Weekly Coordinate with other departments / sites to solve production problem - Daily Lead some project related safety, quality, and efficiency – As per case Together with Technical to support Technical trial activities - As requested. Lead other critical activities such as investigation, safety, audit, 5S, etc. with related departments – Weekly Monitor to ensure all actions taken aligned with SHE procedure and government regulation - Daily Direct and support personnel in working area in order to contribute to effectiveness of SHE regulation implementation - Daily.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering. Has a minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing (preferably in Textile industry). Has understanding and knowledge of Manufacturing process (managing people, machines, and process) and about data analysis & statistics. Familiar with ERP system (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX). Advance communication skills in English (both written and oral), Turkish language skill will be an advantage. Has competencies in Analytical Thinking; Developing for Success; Ability to Change; Working Systematically; and Teamwork and Cooperation.
