DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Act as the point of contact for all office facilities and maintenance matters Coordinate with vendors on maintenance of office premise and equipment Procurement of office inventories and supplies such as laptops, access cards, stationeries, pantry stocks, etc Track and monitor office inventories and stock replenishment Plan, order and coordinate caterings and refreshments for company events and meetings Procure and recommend corporate collaterals Maintain and monitor the corporate collateral inventory Act as a standby on the liaison with appointed travel agencies on flights, hotels, transfers arrangement and visa application General filing and paperwork Other ad-hoc projects and duties as per assigned
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma or equivalent with professional certification Possess minimum 3 years of relevant experience Proficient in MS Office – Excel & Word Tech savvy Bilingual in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese counterparts in overseas offices Possess high integrity and willing to learn attitude Possess meticulous attention to detail and adaptable personality Able to work independently and contribute as a team
