DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyzing the order and import plan to maintain proper inventory levels. Preparing and processing import documents and distributes them to all appropriate parties. Monitoring and controlling delivery schedule of the imported goods. Maintain orders and import records and its documentation including certificate, permits and others. Work with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders. Prepare required payment voucher and monitor the payment of imported goods. Coordinate with Finance to ensure that invoices are received and paid timely. Assist the Director in daily general administrative tasks.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least D3 in any field. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field. Experienced in managing shipment, export and import procedures. Preferably having retail, trading or distributions background. Fluent in English both speaking and writing. Good analytical skill, computer literate and ability to operate MS Office applications. Detail oriented and highly organized with minimum guidance. Excellent time management skills. Demonstrates precision and thoroughness. Ability to handle multiple tasks in high pressure environment and tight deadline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Placement in Pondok Gede, Bekasi.
