DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Create strategic development program for Salesforce and Sales Leader Prepare work plans and budgets in implementing development programs that have been determined and ensure the performance of salesforce and sales leader increases Supervision and or Conduct development program implementation to the salesforce and also sales leader as a continuation of basic training in order to increase salesforce and sales leader competencies Control and monitor the entire development program implementation can run properly in accordance with the strategies and policies that have been set in order to increase salesforce and sales leaders Coordinate with CRMO / RBM related to planning, needs, & implementation of development for the sales force / Sales Leader Report regularly to the Coordinator and / or Sales Development Manager regarding the results of the implementation development Sales Force, Sales Leader, Bank Staff, & Tactical Project Report regularly to the Coordinator and / or Sales Development Manager related to the results of monitoring, progress, and issues / obstacles in the implementation of development
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field. Maximum age is 30 years old Required language: English At least 2 years of working experience in Training, Sales, Development & the related field is required for this position. Good looking & Representative Able to operate MS. Office (Mandatory) Good Communication & Presentation Skills Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Yogyakarta, Makasar, Palembang, Surabaya
