DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. To negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits. To develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. To ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. To develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). To prepare reports on account status. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent. With 1 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. IT & cloud background will be added advantage Highly prefer past working experiences from IT system integrator and distributor Work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role serving corporate customer will be a plus (Indoor sales) Demonstrable ability to communicate. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Good listening, negotiation and presentation abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferably candidate specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent. 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
