Responsible to attach manifests and ensures correctness to its corresponding invoices. Responsible to merge stocks together with the pickslip/s indicated in the invoice. To ensure that all rush orders will be given priority to meet delivery schedule. Responsible to check the status of the pickslip/s left in the merging area and coordinate with the Supervisor for proper disposition. To ensure that invoices previously merged are turned over first before the new ones. Ensure that outer picked stocks are accounted at the end of the packing process. Ensures that invoice number and total number of cartons are reflected in all cartons used. Ensures that invoice is properly attached to the carton before placing in conveyor. Responsible in filling up packing information on the manifest. Will be able to answer inquiry regarding stocks in the absence of Supervisor. Ensures that there are enough fresh batteries during production operations. Ensures Fixed Delivery Schedules orders are prioritize in merging. Ensures that all 5 and up outer stock are log before turnover to traffic. Assist Invoice Admin in facilitating lifesaving and rush orders. May be assigned as roving checker, as such shall be responsible to the following: Provide the correct stocks for dispatch in case of wrong serving. Provide lacking stocks for dispatch in case of short serving. Return stocks to proper picking location in case of over serving. Report to the supervisor any unusual discrepancies that cannot be resolved at his level. Ensure that all discrepancies noted are logged by security in the dispatching discrepancy report. Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
