REQUIREMENT

1-2 year customer service experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Good command of written and spoken English Excellent communication and presentation skills A change agent, always ready to try new initiatives Able to work independently and a team player Exhibit professionalism and friendliness Knowledge of data management / data analysis / automation Someone who is excited to do or learn the above
