DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Drive technical architecture decisions and lead efforts to ensure successful execution architecture integrity and standards. Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues in regards to tech and product development Contribute to technical architecture decisions and lead efforts to build and maintain a highly scalable software platform Lead through example by consistently contribute code as an active and visible member of the engineering team, providing mentorship and guidance to promote an innovative and challenging work environment Work cross-functionally with PMs, Data, Design, Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science or related field. Master Degree Preferable. 2+ years in software development with a minimum of 3 years experience managing a suite of applications and all supporting resources Strong technical / architectural background including modern / large scale systems design High proficiency and technical leadership in PHP (Symfony Framework), GoLang, NodeJS Must be a believer in Agile and Lean methodologies and have experience in evolving them at scale Expertise with cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform Be the steward of software engineering best practices (including code quality, test coverage, product quality), processes, abstractions, metrics
