DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To handle incoming inquiries and complaints for all bank's products Liaise with different parties to resolve client's issues Identify the service gaps and gather customer feedbacks for improvement plan Achieve monthly KPI as per agreed Adhere to procedures to policities
REQUIREMENT

FRESH GRAD WELCOME Possess at least 1 year contact centre experiences in answering inbound calls Able to speak in different languages such as Mandarin English and Malay Possess at least SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline Well versed in different languages Able to work rotational shift (5 days a week), 24/7 shift Salary Range from RM 2,800 - RM 3,700 + Shift Allowances + Superb Benefits - up to GROSS 5K !!!
