DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Receives applicants and conducts preliminary screening prior to endorsement for interview
Sets expectations of applicants regarding the overall screening process and related stages
Ensures compliance of applicants in completing necessary information gathering
Meeting and greeting as promptly and appropriately all external vendors, applicants and employees who have recruitment related transactions and directing them to specific contact person/s as per request and demand.
Answers courteously and promptly all phone queries from applicants, external vendors and employees who may have or does not have any recruitment related concerns to be directed to appropriate contact person or department.
Conducts initial and behavioral competency interviews of candidates for account associate vacancies
Coordinates with operations (or other departments concerned) for further interviews and final decision on hiring of qualified applicants
Administers assessments related to the hiring process
Prepares job offer letters and ensures completion of personnel files
Maintains and updates recruitment trackers / database
Undertakes task/s that may be assigned from time to time by the Recruitment Officer and/or Manager
Completes and undergoes regular Interview 101 training
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree or compensatory work experience
Experience in recruitment in a call-center industry would be an advantage
Proficient in MS Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
Knowledge of general recruitment processes and testing would be an advantage
