DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree. Proven experience as an office assistant. Working knowledge of office equipment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Thorough understanding of office management procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving. Knowledge of MS Office applications.
