DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for calling for event invitation Responsible for calling for customer feedback and survey Coordinate seminar, meeting , demo needs on a normal and emergency basis Perform record keeping as needed. Arrange package and monitor package delivery process Customer Services / Receiptionist Perform any other duties as assigned by Seniors Manager / Directors
REQUIREMENT

Customer service experience or related field preferred. Positive attitude Professional phone demeanor Good verbal communication Good customer service orientation Effective organizational and communication skills An ability to function well as part of a team High school with SPM, diploma or equivalent, housewife & retirerees.
