DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Primarily handle inquiries (sales or customer service related) from customers via various contact channels (telephone, email, website, webchat, social media)
Convert queries received into sales as well as provide after-sales service with customers.
Answer incoming calls and queries for booking information requests, including general information requests on campaign facilities, booking and quote requests.
Provide thorough support and follow-up at all stages of the Customer Relation
Handling and qualifying incoming complaints, ensuring that the service provider's agents provide all reasonable assistance and information to Client in order to resolve matters raised
Handling outbound call campaigns provided the campaigns are given sufficient and adequate advance notice to TDCX.
To meet key performance metrics for assigned role.
Communicate with key stakeholders when necessary.
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX (MY).
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
Experience handling social media channels is preferred
Applicants must be willing to work in KL Sentral
Must be able to work on shift
