The Job Role and Responsibilities Primary job responsibilities of an area sales supervisor would include: Develop and manage local sales team to drive revenue growth Develop and manage efficient distribution networks Develop efficient and creative sales & marketing strategies for the assigned territory Target setting for the sales team Collect market info and feedback Monitor sales team performance, analyze sales data, and generate periodi forecasting Competencies and Skills Required Since team management and sales target achievement are the most important responsibilities of an area sales supervisor, recruiters look for the following competencies in a candidate: Good communication skills Ability to manage teams Strong interpersonal skills Ability to meet targets Problem solving skills
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma Degree any major Minimum 3 years working experience with retail account in Bali and surrounding cities (preferable those which include MTI, pharmacy, and GT market) Have maintained relationships with account buyers Experience in working along with local distributor Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising SPG Analytical thinking Basic to intermediate Excel and Powerpoint skill Own a motorcycle and valid driving license
