DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• In charge of office administrative functions supporting the Office Manager
• Periodic reports generation
• Enter the vendor invoices and payments into system
• Issue of purchase and delivery order
• Liaise with Finance, logistics and customer service departments
• General upkeep of the office
• Check and verify travel expenses
REQUIREMENT
• Minimum O levels/ Diploma with 1- 3 years of experience • Available immediate or short notice
