DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Process orders Ensure each orders are meeting their targeted delivery date Prepare shipping documents for delivery Liaise with external logistics agents for vessel space booking and ensure the said dates are met Keeping customer inform of both orders and shipment status Submit complete shipment documents to Finance department in a timely manner Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior
REQUIREMENT

Diploma in Business, Logistics or any equivalent studies Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel and SAP system Strong interpersonal skills and positive personality Candidate with prior working experience in similar role are encouraged to apply
