DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners ( All type of Operating System)
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Setting up accounts for all new users ( PC's, Laptop's, email, active directory etc.)
Voice & telephony configuration support
Network & voice cabling skill
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Possibly training all of the employee for new Application system
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree at least 2 years of working experience in the same field Able to speak English is a must Competency in Microsoft office Understand network and voice topology
