DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for overseeing the daily activities in the Production
Implement a daily production plan.
Coordinate with maintenance technicians regarding maintenance, repair of damage, and implementation of preventive maintenance.
Check & analyze shift reports in detail prepared by the Machine Operator.
Identify quality of products according to documented quality inspection procedures.
Coordinate with the Logistics Department and PPIC if there are changes in the daily plan.
Coordinate with HRD in determining the number of workers needed in the case of required non-routine work.
Evaluate performance of individual under his section.
Comply with industrial safety regulations.
Perform other tasks given to him by the production manager.
Participate in maintaining the application of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, SMK3.
REQUIREMENT
Education background; Diploma or Bachelor in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering At least 5 years’ experience in Soap Industry Have good leadership, communication skills, problem solving and able to coaching and mentoring people. Familair with SAP System Able to work as individul and able to work as team in cross functional department Able to speak English oral & written Familiar with mixcrosoft office program Understanding Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and Halal Assurance System HAS 23000
