DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Establish and build long-term relationships by engaging with clients; Be the primary contact point, interfacing with clients; Engage in post-sales follow up with clients; Coordinate and be involved in procedures such as registration, check-in and check-out; Take charge of administrative functions; Supervise and manage housekeepers, contractors and vendors; Coordinate closely with different stakeholders, such as partners and service providers.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma in Hospitality or similar discipline; Hospitality related experience will be advantageous; Excellent communication skills; Excellent time management skills; Able to work independently; Excellent team player with a commitment to the completion of tasks.
