DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Maintains inventory and supplies by receiving, storing and delivering items
Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from Warehouse by allocation of bin location.
Secures Warehouse at all times.
Coordinate inventory transfers with related documents.
Monitor the progress of pick list orders given by Customer Service to ensure timely completion.
Update Customer Service for any failed delivery.
Ensure all returned Delivery Orders are signed by customers.
Meets Warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews.
Identifying warehouse system improvements.
Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
Monitor budgets (i.e. packaging, maintenance of vehicles).
Maintain storage area by organizing floor space and recommend improvements when needed.
Maintain inventory by conducting monthly physical cycle counts, reconciling variances and input data.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree with two years experience in the similar role.
Able to multi-task.
Possess leadership.
Able to work in high level stress / fast paced environment.
Possess good communication skills.
Possess problem solving and analytical skills.
