DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Create a strategy to introduce majoo in Medan or Lampung market. Maintaining and increasing sales performance day by day and month by month in Medan or Lampung Area. Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets for individual and team as a whole. Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets. Establishing, maintaining and expanding a merchant base. Servicing the needs of merchants. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. Placement in Medan or Lampung.
REQUIREMENT

Having experiences in Software as a Service company (POS, Accounting, HRIS, etc) is a plus. Min 4 - 5 years exp in sales. Good business sense. Ables to motivate, lead a team and work calmly under pressure. Excellent communication, initiative, enthusiasm and “people skills”. Good planning and organizational skills. Lulus program Sarjana (S1)
