DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Liaise and collaborate with external business partners to implement marketing programs To handle customer enquiries and complaints through hotline, email and social media, and provide one-stop resolution; To maintain and develop good relationships with customers To follow the procedures and workflows with internal guidelines and regulatory requirement properly; To proactively learn and grasp latest knowledge concerned to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties; To assist on ad hoc assignment.
REQUIREMENT

Associate degree or above with at least 3 years of banking, financial and payment fields experience, accounting background or knowledge is preferable Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills Independent, proactive and result oriented with good analytical skills Passion and enthusiasm for digital, e-commerce and technology Highly adaptive in fast-moving and dynamic working environment Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
