DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Building, developing and working on technological concepts, system and applications. Design, code, and implement a new salesforce Architecture aiming to optimize it to support our operations, to prime it for upcoming products, and to support increasing data gathering. Advising and ensuring availability of secure IT systems and processes that support the efficiency as well as continuity of business processes Formulating and implementing operational plans while providing input to strategies Translating requirements to designs while developing documentation Defining test specifications and testing deliverables and new products Performing maintenance on infrastructure and applications Investigating technical IT incidents and problems to develop technical solutions and secure knowledge gathered from troubleshooting cases Contributing to projects using project management guidelines Declarative customize including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in handling Salesforce Implementation experience of at least one of Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud) Good knowledge with Salesforce.com development and data tools including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, and API interface Good knowledge in PHP and MYSQL Understanding of RDBMS concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods Understanding of Salesforce security models for OWDs, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules Strong communication skills Able to work individually or as a team Working area will be at Alam Sutera, Tangerang
