DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ability to support of departments on their required contents. Ability to collaborate with various teams with various working cultures located in different Airasia offices. Capacity to handle uncertainty and ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to prioritize work based on strategic importance and coordinate based on the level of impact on the business. Produce content based on the amount needed and concepts designated that has been placed by the content/creative team, and the whole company.
REQUIREMENT

BA/BS Degree or equivalent in working experience 5 years and above in producing content as well as channel-specific knowledge. (Blog, Facebook, Instagram, Internal Messaging, Youtube, Presentation, etc. Past experience building audiences online and offline In-depth knowledge of content creation tools and visual designs. Knowledge in Adobe Content Production Suite. Knowledge in Final Cut Studio Knowledge in managing Live content (Facebook Live, OBS, Streamlabs, etc.) Knowledge of video production and post production. Good time management
